Mojo Soup has a zero tolerance to violence, including domestic and family violence, formalised in a policy that:
• Includes a workplace response that includes Leave supporting employees affected by domestic and family violence; and
• Includes a workplace approach to preventing or addressing domestic and family violence that includes:
o Responsibilities of all staff to model Mojo Soup values, including behaving in a way that promotes work environment free from any form of violence; and
o Actively participate in domestic and family violence related learning and development activities to effectively communicate and manage any domestic violence arising in the workplace.
