Customer & Business Support Manager

Josh is our Customer & Business Support Manager and champion of customer experience at Mojo Soup. He brings expertise and diligence in listening to investigate and resolve product and service issues while simultaneously delivering a customer experience that surpasses expectations. Josh firmly believes in the power of effective communication to enhance the customer journey and promotion of knowledge sharing. 

Outside of work, Josh immerses himself in the world of music, gaming, and Star Wars. He dabbles in music creation and is always looking for the next catchy song he can put on repeat. Josh brings a curious and compassionate nature and love of adventure which fuels his creativity and attention to detail as a Soupian customer ambassador.
